FAQ/Facts

Did You Know?

-Dog waste can harbor bacteria, parasites, and pathogens that pose health risks to humans. By promptly removing dog waste, we minimize the chances of accidental contact, ingestion, or transmission of these pathogens. This helps prevent the spread of diseases such as giardia, salmonella, campylobacteriosis, and toxocariasis, which can cause severe illnesses in humans.

-Regular removal of dog waste helps maintain a clean and pleasant environment for everyone. Nobody wants to step on or encounter dog waste while walking, jogging, or playing in public areas. By removing dog waste, we contribute to the cleanliness and aesthetics of our neighborhoods, parks, and other shared spaces.

-Accumulated dog waste can create unpleasant odors and attract pests such as flies and rodents. Proper removal eliminates these nuisances and helps prevent the proliferation of pests, ensuring a more pleasant living environment for both humans and animals.

-Dog waste contains harmful bacteria, viruses, and nutrients that can contaminate water sources if not properly disposed of. When dog waste washes into storm drains or seeps into the ground, it can find its way into rivers, lakes, and groundwater, polluting these valuable water resources. By removing dog waste, we help protect the quality of our water sources and preserve aquatic ecosystems
